When you use Willow’s contact form (once active) or contact Willow directly, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message. Willow does not request medical histories, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance identification, or payment information through this site.
How We Use Information
Information submitted to Willow is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate partnerships and volunteer opportunities, and, where you have given consent, to send occasional updates such as a newsletter once that feature is active.
Analytics
Willow has not yet enabled website analytics. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how choices and consent are handled.
